After the first year, discounted replacement options are available: 20% off for discoloration and 25% off for breakage. Orders placed before January 1, 2026 remain eligible for their one-time replacement before moving to the updated policy.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders $325 and over. Every piece arrives beautifully gift boxed. We also offer a 30-day return window; applicable shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.
For our gold pieces, gold-filled jewelry is different from traditional gold plating. A substantially thicker layer of real gold is mechanically bonded to the base metal using heat and pressure, creating a more durable material for treasured pieces you plan to wear again and again.
Gold-filled: substantial bonded gold layer, greater durability, designed for long-term wear with proper care.
Traditional gold-plated: a much thinner surface layer that can wear more quickly over time.
