Though the term might suggest otherwise, gold-filled jewelry is not entirely made of gold. Instead, it features a base metal, typically brass, covered with a generous layer of gold. At ImmaculateBlessed, we use 18K gold, bonding it to the brass base with extreme heat and pressure. This process results in at least 5% of the jewelry's total weight being pure gold, in contrast to gold-plated pieces, which often contain less than 1% gold.

The gold is not simply layered on top; it's fused with the base metal, making the jewelry exceptionally durable and resistant to tarnish and chipping. With proper care—including gentle cleaning, wearing it in the water, and storing it carefully—our gold-filled jewelry can maintain its beauty for years.

Special orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped within 6-7 business days. 

Once shipped, orders will generally take 2-6 business days to arrive depending on where you live. 

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all U.S. domestic orders.

If you would like insurance included in your shipment, please upgrade to Guide Shipping Protection Insurance.

The cost of the Guide Shipping Protection Insurance is $0.98 USD. For orders over $100 Guide Shipping Protection Insurance is 1.5-3% off your total cart.

Guide Shipping Protection Insurance will replace any order that was lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Take a chance on us for 30 days, and if you're not entirely in love, we'll refund your money, minus the cost of shipping, handling and shipping protection.

Contact us at customercare@immaculateblessed.com. Once we receive your returned package, we'll promptly process the credit back to your credit card minus $12.95 returned shipping cost and if you purchased shipping protection.

Warranty & Repair

We stand firmly behind the quality of our jewelry, which is why every item we create comes with our comprehensive one-year warranty. This warranty applies to all purchases made directly through Immaculate Blessed and safeguards against any manufacturing flaws that occur during normal usage throughout the coverage period.

We have complete confidence in the craftsmanship of our jewelry that it is covered by our lifetime guarantee against discoloration or tarnishing. Should your jewelry experience any discoloration or tarnishing, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to you.

Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear and tear (e.g. scratches, snapping due to force, bent medals, blessed jewelry) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Immaculate Blessed. Any manufacturing defects (e.g. snapped chain or stone falling out of the jewelry) are covered by a separate one year warranty and not by the lifetime discoloration or tarnishing guarantee.
