• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Warranty & Repair

Within One Year

If your medal experiences any breakage or discoloration within the first year, please reach out. I would be honored to replace it for you, one time.


After One Year

Over time, with love and wear, your piece may begin to show signs of its journey. When that happens, I am still here for you, offering a gentle replacement at a reduced cost:

– 20% off for discoloration

– 25% off for breakage


Orders Placed Before January 1, 2026

If your order was placed before this date, your piece remains eligible for a one-time replacement. Any future pieces will follow this updated care promise.
