I'm truly sorry to hear that our Catholic jewelry didn't meet your expectations. We hold our jewelry to high standards, and this isn't the experience we want for you.


I'd be more than happy to arrange a return for you. Kindly place your desired returned item back in its original box and secure it within the plastic mailer.

You'll find a return label included in the request email. Please print and apply the label to the mailer and place it into your mailbox.

Once I receive your package, I'll promptly process the credit back to your credit card minus $12.95 returned shipping cost.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your kindness and understanding.

RETURNS

  • Regular priced jewelry items are available for return.

  • You have 30 days from receiving the order to request a return for a FULL REFUND minus returned shipping cost.
  • Any orders returned after 30 days, can be returned for store credit. Any requests after 90 days will not be accepted.  
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will not be refunded for your exchange if the item has any wear or distress, pet hair, odors (good or bad), and stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.

 

REFUNDS

  • All returns within the proper return dates are eligible for full refunds.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

FINAL SALE

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

     

    EXCHANGES

    • We do not offer exchanges
    • If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new purchase of the same item of a different size to guarantee the item is still in stock by the time we receive your return package.

    • We understand that some orders may arrive damaged.
