When should I order for Christmas or a special day?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. For a date that matters, we suggest ordering at least two weeks ahead, and a little earlier in December when carriers are busy.
Can I ship it straight to her?
Of course. Just enter her name and address as the shipping address at checkout. It arrives in our signature gift box, ready to give.
What if I don't know her length?
Our chains adjust within a two-inch range, and 18”–20” is the easiest everyday fit for most women. If it isn't right, she can exchange it for a different length for free within 30 days, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging. See our size chart.
Are your pieces blessed?
Our pieces are not blessed when they ship. Many women love bringing theirs to a priest to be blessed, a beautiful way to begin wearing it. Please note that our one-year care promise does not cover blessed pieces.
Will it tarnish?
Our pieces are 18K gold-filled: a thick layer of real gold bonded to the base, so it's tarnish-resistant and made for everyday wear. It's also hypoallergenic. With gentle care it stays radiant for years, and our one-year care promise has her covered.
Can I return it if she doesn't love it?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Email customercare@immaculateblessed.com and we'll guide you through it.
